Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be unworn, unused, and with original tags.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:

  1. Request a Return: To start a return, contact us via customer@ocpirddr.com. Please provide your order number, reason for return, and a brief description of the issue (if any).
  2. Return Label & Instructions: If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the item back.
  3. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or damaged.
  4. Return Approval: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. You will be notified if your return is approved or rejected.
  5. Refund Process: If your return is approved, we will process your refund via the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Items sent back without prior approval or without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us right away at customer@ocpirddr.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made products (including special orders or personalized items).
  • Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

  1. Return the original item as per the above process.
  2. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Refunds can take several business days, depending on your financial institution.
